I will ask new clients to register in my booking system.

When you register, please let me know in the comments if your time options are somehow significantly limited and we have to operate in the future.

If you are on the waiting list, I will let you know if there are dates available.

I manage lessons by myself according to the clients' availability, so dates are hidden most of the time. Booking the next appointment is usually something we always do together with the client after the lesson.

The booking system is mainly for your overview of the booked dates, scheduled group lessons, for reminding you of your date before the event and also for convenient online payments.

Payments for lessons are requested as soon as the date is booked. If for some reason you do not wish to pay online (e.g. you want to pay for the first lesson in person), please let me know. If you would like to prepay for lessons and then just check off the dates, it is possible to charge your account with credits either with me at the lesson in cash or online. You will always see an overview of your current balance as well as your credit payment history on your profile.

If you haven't found a date in the week you want, send me a message saying you're interested in a date and I'll let you know if one comes up.

Up-to-date information on prices for lessons is always listed on the website in the about section.

Last but not least, please read the cancellation policy, which applies in case of cancelled lessons for any reason, which is usually in case of illness of owners, dogs, children or due to work etc. I pay for the obstacles from the client's side, because I usually can't find a replacement a while before the lesson, so I sit in the park for nothing and it is not a small amount of money that is missing at the end of the month. That's why cancellation fees are a necessity. If an apology is received well in advance (usually at least 3 days in advance), I will find a replacement and can just reschedule your lesson at no loss.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation less than 72 hours before the start: 50% of the price.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start: 100% of the price.

Cancellation means cancellation of the lesson for any reason.

If a substitute is available, the lesson will not be forfeited. Usually, however, finding a substitute at such short notice is a problem and the lesson remains unused.
